1. Order Processing & Pickup

Because most items sold by Power Graphics are custom-decorated to order, production begins only after artwork approval and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit. Estimated production times will be communicated to you at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed. Local pickup is available at our shop during regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm).

2. Shipping

Where shipping is requested, orders are shipped via our chosen third-party carrier once production and quality inspection are complete. Shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing, are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the order total. Estimated delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only, and Power Graphics is not responsible for carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for goods pass to the customer upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

3. Order Accuracy & Inspection

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all proofs, including spelling, artwork placement, garment style, size breakdown, and quantities, prior to production. Once a proof has been approved, Power Graphics is not liable for errors that were present in, and not flagged from, the approved proof.

Please inspect your order promptly upon pickup or delivery. Any claim regarding a shortage, misprint, or damaged item must be reported to us in writing within five (5) business days of receipt, along with photos where applicable. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for remedy.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-manufactured to each customer’s specifications, all sales are final and we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, or changes of mind once production has begun.

We will, at our sole discretion, offer a reprint, partial credit, or partial refund for items that are verifiably defective due to a production error on our part (such as a clear misprint, mismatched thread color from an approved proof, or manufacturing defect in materials we supplied), provided the claim is submitted within the timeframe set out in Section 3. Remedy for a valid claim is limited to the reprint, repair, or credit of the specific affected items, at Power Graphics’s discretion, and shall not exceed the amount paid for those items.

We do not accept returns of blank or decorated stock items purchased through our Merchandise or Catalogs pages once the order has shipped or been picked up, except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in this policy.

5. Cancellations

Orders cancelled before production begins are eligible for a refund of any deposit paid, less costs already incurred (such as design or setup work). Orders cancelled after production has begun are not eligible for a refund, as materials and labor have already been committed to your order.

6. Rush Orders

Rush orders completed under an expedited timeline at the customer’s request are final and not eligible for return or refund on the basis of the standard timeline not being used, as the customer has knowingly requested expedited production.

7. Damaged in Transit

If an order arrives visibly damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and materials and notify us within five (5) business days of delivery so that we can assist with a carrier claim and determine an appropriate remedy.

8. Changes to This Policy

Power Graphics reserves the right to update this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to our website and apply to orders placed after that date.
